Location. Built in 1911, the landmark Georgian Terrace Hotel on Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Ga., is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places. The hotel once hosted the premier party for the movie "Gone With the Wind." The hotel sits within two to six blocks of clubs, restaurants and museums, as well as one mile from downtown Atlanta. The Georgian Terrace is located across the street from the Fox Theatre, the city's premiere venue for ballet, plays and concerts and Churchill Downs, a top jazz club. The Georgian Terrace is also located near a MARTA light rail and bus stop for quick access to everything Atlanta.
Hotel Features. The hotel's Savoy, a top Atlanta restaurant, offers Southern fusion cuisine as well as terrace seating with a view of bustling Peachtree. The hotel features a pool with a sundeck, and glass enclosed penthouse level health club that provides inspiring city views.
