Ten kilometres from Lisbon's city centre, this modern resort hotel is perched amid landscaped gardens on a hilltop overlooking the river. Apartments employ wooden floors and furnishings with touches of oranges and reds, and extend to balconies with sea views. All feature kitchenettes with refrigerators, cable television and minibars.
After splashing about in either the indoor or outdoor swimming pool, guests can unwind in the spa with steam room and sauna, while the more energetically inclined can enjoy a game of tennis or a workout in the gymnasium with a personal trainer. The smart interior of the piano and jazz bar provides an alternative setting for relaxation, and a less formal snacking point than is provided in the Restaurant Pratu's, where Portuguese cuisine is presented both buffet style and � la carte in modern black and brick surroundings. Complimentary Internet access is available in the business centre, where a cinema and auditorium feature alongside a selection of conference rooms in various sizes. Parking and valet is also provided free of charge. Alternatively, the hotel can arrange transportation to and from the airport. Approximate driving time to Lisbon (Portela) International Airport is 25 minutes and distance is 15 kilometres. The Carris AeroBus number 91 departs every 20 minutes to the city centre and to the Cais do Sodr� railway station (journey time is about 20 minutes). Tickets can be purchased on board. Taxis are also available and should cost in the region of 15 EUR.
