The Misi�n San Gil Hotel is located in the town of San Juan del Rio, 35 kilometers outside of Quer�taro City in the state of Quer�taro in south central Mexico. It is 33 kilometers (21 miles) from the International Airport of Quer�taro and six kilometers (four miles) from downtown San Juan del Rio. A 200 year old colonial building set on a beautifully landscaped estate, the Misi�n San Gil Hotel is adorned in traditional Mexican d�cor.
Amenities include a golf course, San Gil, located adjacent to the hotel, an outdoor pool, children's pool, whirlpool, poolside bar and tennis courts. The hotel's restaurant, La Mansi�n, serves regional dishes as well as more traditional Mexican fare; during breakfast, guests are entertained by a local quartet.
At the hotel's bar, La Victoria, stocked with more than 150 different brands of tequila, guests can sip drinks while sampling a variety of Mexican dishes and watching live sporting events and videos, and travelers can enjoy live Mexican music several nights a week.
The guestrooms, opening out onto patios or balconies, are furnished in tasteful, traditional Mexican d�cor with warm ochre hues and colorful bedspreads. All air conditioned, guestrooms are furnished with two double beds, minibars, tea or coffeemakers, complimentary bottled water, dial up Internet access and complimentary toiletries and bathrobes. The two master suites feature king beds and living and dining rooms.
