Location. The adults only Deseo Hotel and Lounge is located in downtown Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This boutique property stands three kilometers from Xcaret and 11 kilometers from Cozumel.
Hotel Features. This lodging features complimentary continental breakfasts each morning. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. Recreation includes an outdoor rooftop pool with a bar that serves light snacks, beer and cocktails. Room service is limited. Beds, shaded by gauzy curtains, line the pool. A staff concierge assists with tour information and places event and restaurant reservations, while 24 hour front desk staff attends to guestroom reservations and offers currency exchange services. An on site library houses books and magazines, while the hotel's Town Car rentals afford the freedom to visit off site attractions.
Guestrooms. This two story hotel offers 15 airy, open plan guestrooms with king beds topped with two pillows and two square cushions. D�cor includes beige marble flooring and dark toned wood tables, chairs and beds. Balconies and patios are slung with hammocks. Wireless Internet access is available in all accommodations. Rooms include satellite television, telephones and in room safes. Private bathrooms feature telephones and shower/tub combinations.
Expert Tip. The hotel concierge can guide guests toward their desired tour of the day at Xcaret Theme Park, located three kilometers away. Adventures range from archeological excursions to flora and fauna tours. The concierge can also schedule the park's Swim With Dolphins Tour or scuba, reef and beach tours.
