Location. Hotel Giotto is situated in a residential area of Turin city, 300 metres from Valentino Park and three kilometres from the central Piazza Castello. Turin Airport (TUR) is 14 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Multilingual staff on the 24 hour front desk can arrange airport transfers, assist with room service requests and advise on tours around the city. Coffee and complimentary newspapers are available in the hotel lobby and garage parking is available for around 16 EUR per day. Prices subject to change.
Guests of Hotel Giotto are offered a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning.
Guestrooms. The 50 air conditioned guestrooms are located on five floors and all have simple, modern decor. Amenities include satellite television with pay movies, wireless Internet, minibars, and tea and coffee making facilities. Bathrooms have hair dryers and bathrobes.
Expert Tip. Whether authentic or not, Medieval or ancient, visitors cannot leave Turin without visiting the Shroud, which is said to have been wrapped around the body of Jesus when he was taken down from the Cross. The Shroud of Turin is exhibited in a chapel in the cathedral rotunda, three and a half kilometres from the hotel.

Getting there. A train links the airport with the central railway station in Turin (Dora Station). The airport train station is a few metres from the terminal and trains depart every 30 minutes. The journey to the city centre takes 20 minutes and ticket costs 3 EUR. Alternatively, a shuttle bus runs to the city centre via Porta Nuova railway station which is 2 kilometres from the hotel. The bus takes 40 minutes and a single ticket is 5 EUR. Taxis cost around 30 EUR to the hotel. All prices subject to change.
